This is a tight place to dock for a 53' but doable. The people here were very friendly and helpful, would definitely deliver here again.

I ordered online and they charged me twice but the 2nd charge was more than the original charge. I cancelled my order.. Like how? you guys are stealing from people's accounts. The expect for me to wait 10 days for my money to be back into my account. I will never order again because they put me in a financial situation this weekend

I ordered an X-large round build your own pizza. I ordered the garlic butter parmesan crust. The garlic butter and parmesan were both spread around the pizza inside of the crust. Not one drop on the crust. This was the Holt, Michigan location. I will never order there again. $30 for it being messed up? You don't tip pick up orders, only deliveries. They tried to get me to tip when buying the pizza online for pick up.

I ordered a couple of pizzas from the Redford Location online. Order #5 on Saturday October 14th. $54.79 They never arrived. I tried to call the location. They never answered. I am a UAW worker on strike and wanted to treat my family to a pizza dinner and now I'm without dinner and the money for the dinner. I want a refund. This is the second time this has happened to my family.

There are some places where the employees treat truck drivers like the lowest thing on earth and the manager of this place is one of them. Aside from the dock workers ( who were terrific and friendly) the man in the front office could not have been more obnoxious and condescending when one checks in. Keep in mind there is no shipping and receiving office, no signs instructing a driver where to check in. All there is, is a sign that states deliveries at dock 2 or 4. There is NO possible way to dock in door four due to the old vehicles blocking any possible set up. DO NOT come here with a 53' trailer. You will have to alley dock, then back out of the facility. But basically, as to management. As noted, when you check in, the manager is friendly until you mention you are a truck driver then instantly his demeanor changes. "Oh, you lower form of life than me, go round back with the peons". Be ready to pound on the forklift door so they know you are there, this company cares nothing about drivers, or deliveries. But there was one "5 star guy" here and that is Oscar, the receiving manager. He's professional and awsome at calming frustration created by the man who I met initially. This
